Big thanks to gregga paul and baz for helping me move the site around to day and i think gregga pulled of one of the biggest jumps i've seen in a long time, about 80 feet in length and 25 feet high, spot on boy!

Britsih lawn freestyle open 1. Men's (over 16) buggy. 2. Men's (over 16) landboard. 3. Junior's (under 16) buggy. 4. Junior's (under 16) landboard. 5. Lady's (over 16) buggy. 6. Lady's (over 16) landboard. 7. Junior's (under 16) buggy. 8. Junior's (under 16) landboard. Weather permitting 12 noon on saturday will be the start of the freestyle comp's. All freestyle riders will need to register no later than 11am saturday 10th may to enter, you can also register before the 10th may with justin at extremekiteshop tel. (01905)764820. The prize giving will be held at the saturday night party! All are welcome to this event and we have for all you family's out there the kid's zone to help keep the smaller one's happy as dad fly's all day! __________________

A helmet should be your number one friend as you just dont know what will happen next. Any body protection is your own choice and always will be, flying in responsible way is a different matter, ie flying down wind of joe public and slowing down to pass them or fellow kiters, keeping your pit areas clear of unused kites, bags, lines ect. Wind meteres should be as important as the rests of your saftey kit. Big gusts are one of the main dangers to all flyers and anybody downwind of the flyer at the time of the gust, i've seen 3 air lifts to AE in the last two years all down to flying in big gusty wind, and all 3 of them failed to put a wind meter up to see the wind speeds and gust ranges before flying. There are a lot of kiter out there that havnt had the correct trainning yes thay can fly a kite (buggy and board) but are thay doing it safley. FLY SAFE.

Just a quickie to let you all know that some of eXtremekiteshop will be at Aberdovey on the weekend of the 6-9 April (easter) to fly the pants off the beach!! If you guys want to come down and have some fun it will be good to see you.
