The Bahamas and some other caribbean countries have brought back whipping for serious criminals, so they get 1 slash for every year of their sentence, then go to jail. I think that would act as a deterrent, many criminals are simply not afraid of jail. Might be a nightmare getting it past the EU though.

What problems did you have with streamline? I know myself and encona have have had no problems at all, but its down to personal preference i guess.

Choose who you want to host with. most companies will do the registration for you. I reccomend http://www.streamline.net for larger websites and http://www.nearlyfreespeech.net for smaller websites/tinkering.

But surely it emails the password to their email address that they registered with?... so u wont be able to know, because you cant log in?? noop, it lets anyone re-set the password with just an answer to a question. and the questions they let you use are so stupid you could guess them from knowing the person for a week.

avi is a container format, divx, xvid, mpg1, mpg2, mpg4 can all be avi files. It probably means it will play dv-avi, which is the 'raw' format.
