Why poo-poo it just for the sake..i dare say the theory is there, in the lab & on paper the kit works.. but..we're dealing with people, a persons performance can change with just mood, nevermind illness, temperature, diet..whether they have been for a **** in the morning or not. So if your a professional athlete, it may well work..for everyone else..nah, just looks cool (if you got the bod to pull it off)

Couple of good sessions over last weekend with Sat bein probably the best wet-shore has ever been..Sun was a bit gnarly, not too dissimilar to when you were playing with the little Scorpion t'other week. Sounds like you've been havin a good crack..you goin over to Ireland too..??

Yea wicked couple of sessions this weekend with Sat being best for me..was a bit hairy at times yesterday. Seemed a nice vibe on the beach too need some new wheel bearings now & a can of dog repelant Thoughts go out to the kitesurfer too, not a nice end to the weekend..hope he makes a speedy & full recovery

ello..as the guys have said, Llanduno if its westerly & the Nova (over Rhyl P'statyn way) If the North wind blows. However..if you just want to get out an fly, theres some great beaches along the coast from Bangor, Penmeanmawr (Sp) for one & you can almost step off the train right onto it. Leads round to the Conwy Morfa too, another nice beach, both are buggy-able in Northerlies.

Paul had a blast on it on Sun.. I left before he parked up, but he seemed to like it..looked quick )

check motorcycle stores, they will have all in one outer layers of varying tastes & prices, i used to wear a Frank Thomas 'Aqua pac' on the bike. Should imagine them being well used in sailing too..search some sail thingy stockists. I dare say these will be a tad more expensive than the humble bikey stuff tho

yea really..lol artifcial slope tho been re-surfaced recently with one constant carpet of bristles, laid over foam..as opposed to that deadly square stuff. we'll see how it goes..
