  1. This is a great piece of kit, cleaned up a nasty dose I hade once and has kept me clean ever since
  2. Yup I stupidly had to go out and left the damn thing running and it overloaded the virtual memory...DOH!! Luckily have Norton and seems to be clear. Did some looking into this and nihaorr1.com is a server hosted by Xin Net in Beijing China, it seems that it has a history for hosting spammers. http://spamtackers.eu/wiki/index.php?title=Xin Net#Description of the registrar gives a little background. Apparently the infection is called a "sql injector" and from what I can understand, and I could well be wrong...that inserts code within sql database fields, hence their complete loss of data. Apparently It exposess a weekness in Windows IIS which is why I guess fiefox is still working. For more info goto http://forums.iis.net/p/1148917/1867622.aspx. I am guessing that if you are an SQL user you should stay well clear. I agree with Craig W they should take the site offline if they can.
  3. Sorry bit late.....head in the sand for a bit but here's my few penneth...... Well, if you're worried about support for land kiting consider this: when the BKA asked it's membership if they wanted it to look after Land Kiters as well the vote was a resounding No. So you'll just be using them for insurance. Unless you're a wave user aswell of course. I have to say the BPKA have been very supportive, as have Flexi, SWATK, SEKA and more lately the BKFA with the Campaign to Free the Fields. And now with 10mill I guess you'll get better value. What is being experienced appears to be a slight hickup whilst they get their personal houses in order. Let me *******aise the great JFK "Ask not what your association can do for you but ask what can YOU can do for kitesports." (You is all of you who haven't signed the petition not you Bertie...unless you haven't signed ....and here's a suggestion. Sign the petition at http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/safeflyzones and keep up to date with proceedings at http://freethefields.blogspot.com Keep the Faith....

  8. Hey Diddy Dave: Nice one thanks for the tip about Liberty and Livelihood, I'll look into that. I think it's great that there is a system to help farmers protect the envrionment but think it's also crazy that it should restrict you from permitting the responsible use of your land. Especially as this change would probably cost the price of a fallen tree to implement....the madness of beurocracy Have been on the phone to Defra and RPA for almost 2 years, and have chased them to change their position 3 times now, all the way up to CEO Tony Cooper. Am now trying Westminster and Europe. Have just got a reply from Shadow secretary Peter Ainsworth MP. Details on: http://freethefields.blogspot.com

  13. Cheers for the support and thoughts. The administrators have been really helpful and put a sticky on the thread. Multiple threads on the same subject aren't allowed so this is where we are parked. The best way to go is you guys out there telling everyone and getting them to sign up. Thanks again for the support and suggestion its all appreciated very much. Cheers...Chris
  14. The murky pools are clearing......new post added http://freethefields.blogspot.com
  15. Yup Jim, the lack of accountability of these decision makers is appauling. They seem to hide behind their call centre guys pass judgements that suit their needs and not the land owners or users and ignore those challenges against them. Some of the stories have been told about how they conduct themselves and treat farmers can only be compared to the behaviour of the gestapo or the stassi!!http://www.racekites.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif Oh and about the buck stopping with Gordon....he'll only tell us he they were right all along, and that they will continue to govern....(much shaking of head in disbelief).... Where there is a will there is a way and we will make a difference. Thanks for your support Jim. Cheers....Chris
  16. Is this fact or is it just being talked about by some..? If true,, when does it come into effect,, have you got any links to info... Shrimpo Hi Shrimpo.....yes the set aside regs have been dropped for next year....please find below my response to Jlmusic on Race kites...... "Thanks for the positives.......Not sure that it is defunct tho, the set aside classifications also apply to those field classified as permanent pasture. Also they can put the set aside regs in again whenever their disconnected logic takes over. The additional benefit will of course get us into the regulations as a body for future discussions. I do of course use the terms "discussions" loosely as they are good at telling us that they're right and we're wrong, so we can pay them more tax, for less freedom and more paperwork...all designed to keep them in power and not for our benefit. http://www.racekites.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif So I will continue trying to cause mischief and waiving our flag.http://www.racekites.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif The process has been enlightening with regard to hearing the stories of RPA irrational gestapo antics and putting farmers under more pressure than they are under already! But what can you do they're right long live the urban environment!!! (let the rest of us go hang)http://www.racekites.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gifhttp://www.racekites.com/forum/smileys/smiley35.gif Apologies for rant but have kept a lid on it for a while now.... anyway there'll be another posting on the blog later after I've called the RPA to see if our freindly government department have deigned to see fit to answer the last letter.....I am not holding my breath.http://www.racekites.com/forum/smileys/smiley21.gif" I have to admit to a growing frustration too Gav0rchid.......I only wish I had the ability to disappear off to the sun when the frustration gets too much. Good for you.
