Here's some pix from today. Forgot to clear my SD card, so no video :(

I had a great time on the synergy 10 - so much power, and so much better being a depower.

I can't wait to fly it at skirmish...

Another one converted to buggying!

Just remember to keep that blade down, or wear a lap belt... and of course, if you haven't yet - invest in a helmet.

Next thing you know, you'll have one eye on a gps, trying to push it faster and faster each time.

Wind forecast for 10 to 13 knots from the North.

Me and Simon going planning on going.

I will be there from about 10.00 am Simon to confirm

If you mean Iccarum (My Brother) good to see him out there giving it a go, did you have a GPS on board? Or are you just referring to lots of time in the buggy, by the way which is allways good to here.

All,

Good to get a number of us out there and good wind, Murarrie has redeemed itself and I slag it off, too much anymore.

I can see the advantage of the depowers now as I had to change kites 3 times to deal with the increasing wind.

My GPS clocked more that 10 Km in distance and and over 40 km/h for speed on the 4.9 Blade its a ball buster but oooooooooooooh so much fun. It did lift me about 6 foot off the floor at at point Quote "it's not that gusty"

My elbox hurts like chuff though were the 3.5 bullet pulled me out. But thats what its all about.

A great day was had by all I can confidently say and here's to the next one.

Ride on brothers (or do you pilot a buggy?) in which case just keep flying. :drinks:

PS: think we nedd to do a weekeknder so we can share stories, beer and do silly things in a drunken stuper!!!!!!!!!!!! :diablo:

Was a good day out - not a cloud in the sky. Slapped on some sunscreen, put up the synergy, and did about 16km. Most of the usual crowd made it out, plus Ryan I think it was from NZ - flying a 3.5 Blurr - nice kite that one :yes3:

To start off, it was just Simon and I. Right at the end of this clip I had my first inversion during flight - I should have pointed it up, stall landed, then rolled. Ah well.

Then Daryl and I were doing laps following eachother:

And Icarium had a go on the buggy:
