Zippy Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 I have already posted my condolances for Charlie, but feel the need to post again after a continued interest in this thread, and say.... How positively inspiring it is, that the 'whole' of the kiting community are united in "Charlie's" death & his Families/Friends grief. I lost my wife 7 years ago and was left with the 3 kids, and would of appreciated the support this united community is giving to the people suffering such a great loss. I want say on behalf of the bereaved, (even though I never met Charlie or his family) a BIG "Thank You" to you all, Just for the fact I understand how much these messages will be appreciated by those closest. We all unite in the support now, lets keep it going because it is needed! I am proud to be a part of this community and am happy to be amongst people like yourselfs. 'Big up' to you all! May you get the wind in return. Terry
Jofski Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 My deepest sympathies to the Family and friends of 'Charlie'. My thoughts are with you all.

FFKC-Admin1 Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 Charlie was the most precious thing in my life and he was never more alive than when the wind was blowing in the right direction - I have just read through all the messages on the forum and am amazed at how he has touched so many of you. I really appreciate all of the comments and would like to thank you all - it has not been an easy couple of days and although you have all made me cry it is a positive thing. The collection is going to be for a bench which I hope will be at Southbourne overlooking the sea where he took his last flight. Thank you for all your support - it gives me strength in keeping going at this very sad time. Love Sue
