these look interesting, i wouldn't mind having a go on one of these :D

There's good reason I didn't try them:eek: There great for going in a straight line.

It was far too wet to be falling out:p

DOH I did fall out the buggy in the wet stuff, and Pete caught it on video:eek: kiteboyza was comentating from the rocks on what turns I was going to do etc, I went to a mark, I should of tacked - even he said i was going to, but had to back off as i was massivly overpowered (I was in the lead), only to be hauled out:eek: :p

At least the kite didn't get wet:D

Anybody out flying later today or tomorrow?

AV or anyone- What's a Predator mk11 like? Is it OK for racing?

Ohh!! old school race kite:D I liked them but can be tricky to set up, those wots got them tend to keep them. I'm sure AV will have some input;) :D

I presume your looking at a predator kite and not a buggy?

What size is it? who is selling it? Their not the easiet kite's to fly (aka razor/bego etc), flown well their very nice.

If your looking at race kites, then look for the older razor's as I think there should be loads around for sale - old but mental!!

Depends on how far you want to go into racing, personally I'd look at the yak's for sale, or the RM+'s

for £60, is it RTF?? can't really say no can you? bearing in mind that the smaller the race kite are the one's that hurt. BUT my 3.4 is banzai to fly!!

20m lines max!!

lines for race kite's = need to be thin and fairly good quality, as the power comes from the speed of kite

thick lines = too much drag

Is the Yak the one experiencing problems in your other thread or is it 118's Pansh?

Neither, it's the cult.

you coming out today, i thinkit's about time you flew the yaks in the buggy.

That line your were looking at martin would be mucho fun... not a wise purchase tho
