It is approximately 7 Acres in size and is availble to members 24/7/365. Membership details: 1] A years buggy membership costs £150.00 per year, and all members must have there own insurance, [e.g BBC etc]. 2] Static flyers membership costs £25.00 per year, again insurance needed. 3] The site is open to members 24/7 365 days of the year! 4] We run a day ticket system for non members cost £5 a day, all we ask is that you bring your insurance details with you. If there is wind there are people there virtually every day at the weekend from Lunch time onwards If you do wish to come along drop a note on this thread so that we know to expect you as there is a lock on the gate. Best direction for wind is NW but is usable from virtually any direction with SE-ESE being the least desirable For local wind readings you can use www.xcweather.co.uk and check the CRANFIELD station (6 miles away) or For a live reading NEWPORT WEATHER about 1 mile away How to get there: M1 J14 - take turning towards Newport Pagnell A509. At the roundabout with the Landrover garage turn right onto the Dual Carriage way towads Olney/Wellingborough, at the top of the hill you reach another roundabout, turn Left towards Sherrington/Newport Pagnell field is on the Left just down the hill (approx 1/2 mile) Please note: All Money goes to the Farmer who owns the land, Alex @ Kite Planet has no direct link to the field but has agreed to act as a middle man for the farmer.
