Daze Posted July 8, 2008 Report Posted July 8, 2008 Hey, I am new here and my English isn't the best (a am from GER), so I don't know if this video is already posted here. We made this video in St. Peter-Ording... Here are a few impressions from the other side of the world! _akxrWkpwSM Quote
sluggo Posted July 9, 2008 Report Posted July 9, 2008 Probably the best vid i've seen . Great camera angles . Brilliant flying . Linkin Park soundtrack perfect . 10 / 10 But what a fantastic playground . Good work Daze Quote
Counti Posted July 9, 2008 Report Posted July 9, 2008 Hey Daze, great video. St. Peter Ording is always a good spot for a nice ride. I´m just surprised about the sun. I thought in germany is no sun. Spaß beiseite, geiles Video Greets from Brisbane Quote

JKS Posted July 12, 2008 Report Posted July 12, 2008 Hey Daze ..... What a gem I actually posted that one a few months ago ... http://www.extremekites.com.au/forums/showthread.php?t=5776 It created quite a bit of chatter back then ..... but to say hello to you, one of the crrew ... I am chuffed Excellent video mate ... the whole show was most entertaining. I like the way you have incorperated all the different angles together, the video never really had any dead spots ... I have watched it from start to finish about 4 times now and have enjoyed it every time. Can you tell us a little more about the day ... I might also add a little background about the compliment from Sluggo .... he is a professional cameraman, and has been for a looooooooooooong time .... so his words are solid Happy Days Quote
Daze Posted July 12, 2008 Author Report Posted July 12, 2008 Great to hear that you like the Video. Horst Nebbe (Hossi) controled the cam... For the "With the Buggy" Scenes we had an Fingercam. For the Scenes with the cam in the lines we put an bar between the lines 5m above me and fixed the cam at it. It was difficult to start with the 15m Combat and a cam in its lines, because of the bar i cant loop the Kite to start.... The scenes where I did the 360° Turns are from one day earlier. So it isn't very professional, but we did our best to use all options we have... Cheers. Markus Quote
