Wind forecast looks pretty ****, glad I got some kiting in on my holiday. NN - Foregoing all that work you did on the old van for a bit of cash, I suppose it pays for the kites! Cant wait to try the Diablo. Marko - Winds were as I expected, stronger in the am and then dropping picking up again a little for 4pm. Only had the 10m out once, rest of the time on the 12 and was underpowered a bit. Few things practiced, unhooking is coming on. DM

Would not suggest going to Florida this time of year, coldest day was 90degs & hottest was 115degs:o average temp during the days was 95/100 degs:( just to hot for me. Glad to see that you had a nice holiday Dave, so have you got yourself a new motor yet? NN have you sold your van now or still thinking about the offer? Snap how did you get on camping, did you manage to get out on your board.

Camping was good, girls enjoyed it and the first morning there I dragged them to the beach and got a few hours on the sea, though the wind was low. But do enjoy Hayling. Were off camping again this weekend in Glastonbury, I am doing a 27 mile charity bike ride for the British Heart Foundation on Sunday so though we would make a weekend of it. I am in desperate need to get back out on the water for a good session, of even a good session on land. Last 5 times I have ben to crabtree I have chosen the crappest conditions! Is anyone out tomorrow?

About 4 minutes worth from memory. Diablo order processed - IT'S ON IT'S WAY!! And lastly, I have fallen foul of lifes modernisms. I have ordered a Credit Card. Didn't want to, cause of the temptation to spend what you dont have. However, I've found a cash back card that gives you money back on fuel purchased at the pump. Works out to be nearly 4p a litre at today's prices so with some discipline I've taken the plunge.

Order processed!? you ordered it a couple of weeks ago of course the order should have been processed! Its delivery date that is important, NN you need to deal with some proper businesses not a bunch of canadian cowboys! Are you off to the motherland this weekend or out for a beer tonight NN? Marko has also decided that we all need a camping trip. The next windy weekend we are going to go somewhere ie. The Gower, so all invited but it will be a fairly last minute affair, check forecast and decide on a Wednesday for Friday departure. Who is interested? DM
