My weekends are not looking that good over the next few weeks, lots on at home and work. But could take time in the week would be quiet . Is any 1 planning any trips this weekend, I can't promise yet that I can go but can drive if I do.

Not allowed to fly at the moment for another 4 weeks because of my op. I am off to florida on the 17th May for 2 weeks, so will be out after then. I will pick you and NN up from yours tomoz for a drink if thats ok and we are still on? what time? Pleased to see that Snap is trying the wet stuff, I cant wait to have another bash too. Cant wait to see the pics from the weekend of you and Spudley - is Spudley coming tomoz for a drink also?

Really cant wait to get out again soon and meet up with you all, hate the winter dark cold nights and wet days too. :(

With luck I'll get it done tomorrow! Clarke welder I think. Possibly Gas/ no gas option for maximum flexibility. Maximum amps between 100 - 150A depending on cost. Low amps must be about 30A for bodywork. i'm a swot....................................................... i've asked OR if they do welders. They're proposing some after they release underpants
Spudley Posted April 18, 2008 Author Report Posted April 18, 2008 NE's this weekend... anyone heading out? Have now booked saturday night off work, so will be up for a session tomorrow. Looks like sandbanks on the beach side will be the best option, or possibly go round to studland bay.
DjMoz Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 I reckon the best option is Low tide at hayling, as soon as the sanbank is up it will be side slightly cross off but will be flat and use the sanbank as a safety/buffer zone. Low tide 4.30pm sometime so sanbank will be around from 2.30-6.30 at least. Otherwise Pagham if you want a nice spot thats slightly different (if you can find it) and sandbanks - furthest away. Probably not able to get out due to commitments but keep in touch and let me know.

Clarke do some good welding gear I have brought several bits of kit from them in the past for work. ESSAB are another good make though. Be interesting to see what sort of weld quality Dave would produce:D It was good to see everyone again lat night:) is anyone up crabtree over the weekend might pop up for a look. As still not allowed to fly yet:( Pete
