Kaskazi Posted September 14, 2007 Report Posted September 14, 2007 Nice change of name there, Nick. What does it mean... Kaskazi is the northerly monsoon wind blowing cross-on the Kenya coast from November to March, 99% guaranteed, 15-20 knots average. Seeing as I don't actually buggy, thought another name might be a bit more suitable! ... so who's going where and when this evening? Quote
Kaskazi Posted September 14, 2007 Report Posted September 14, 2007 Looking at the slug and lettuce from 7:30... Quote
V-Max Rider Posted September 14, 2007 Report Posted September 14, 2007 Anyone flying this weekend and does anyone know what the wind is doing? I am still waiting for my new Swan Neck to arrive. Martin how long did your swan neck take to arrive from Kite N Sk8 or did you pick it up. Quote

jimabbey Posted September 16, 2007 Report Posted September 16, 2007 I don't think so, you were disqualified for destroying the marker flag. So that puts you last! And I think you'll find I did the most laps which puts me first. Quote
Big Daddy Posted September 16, 2007 Author Report Posted September 16, 2007 Most laps!?! You spent most of the time with your kite on the floor!! I only cut it a bit fine at the end as I knew we were stopping and I had won!! Quote
Squares Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 So you're not missing the boarders then? been tops so far, found possibly the best landboarding / buggying beach of all time in Brittany, should be able to post a vid soon. A couple of photos: http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/5645/p1020499ir5.jpg http://img390.imageshack.us/img390/4174/p1020506sg9.jpg http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/1471/p1020519ei2.jpg Basically 15k of hard flat white sand and not another boarder in sight, definately a place for a future crew trip.
