Hi everyone, hope you all had a good crimbo & new year, Sorry I have not been out, lots of studying to do. I am planning on going out for drinks on the 31st of Jan to see my 30th b-day in at Mortimers in town. If anyone is interested in comming out for a few let me know, It would be good to see you there. I will try and pop around this weekend, or durring the week Martin I assum you are on about the videos. I have got some petrol money for you as well. I have been trying to find some where to get the kite fixed as TAL has closed down. P.S I have branged my car driving up to Liverpool so it is going in for repair next week but I should get a curtisy car!

I was out before lunch, wind was blowey. I tried getting hold of you but your phone was off! wind seemed to be droping around lunch time. as no one seemed to be comming out i went home for a BBQ.

Looks like I will be able to go to the Ho! next weekend, as I do not go to Scottland until the Monday. If I could get a lift with some one, I will pay my way. Just let me know what day you are going.

I have downloaded a movie maker and had another try at making a video of the westward Ho! slight improvement, I think! http://picasaweb.google.com/mark.vmaxrider I still need to add some other shots, but its a start..

Cheers for that link, I think your problem yesterday was too much wind. as he is using a large kite in what looks like a very a large beach or salt plain. Talking it over with my farther, he reckons that a thermal must have helped with the kite flying in a full 36o. either that or you just can't fly!!! only jokeing! P.S there is some good video but some of it is a little over exposed, I think I prest somthing I should'nt have. also having problems with my download program. Hope to have it sorted soon.
