Slawek Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 Hi there Just get back from beach with broken handless.I was doing u turn and sudennly one of my handless split in half in place where power line is coming thru hole in handle.I didn't do nothing extreme with it even wind wasn't strong.Kite is very new only 10 hours in use 3m blade III and i did jump maybe few times with it but only static not in buggy ,anyone had this problem?Also lines seems to be problem.The end stich on power line didn't make 5 hours and it broke.I don't know if it is bad luck with my only one flexifoil kite or what?It never happen with my ozone kites.Should I ask flexifoil for new free replacement? Email or ring flexifoil...they will ask you to send the broken ones back...and will send send you the newer grey ones......for free... Bet they are the broken ones are black ??? Bet it was a really cold day when they broke......? Quote

KiteFanatic Posted March 18, 2006 Report Posted March 18, 2006 when my handles broke, because of the distance, Matt asked for a picture of the broken handles, and a week later I had a new pair in the mail from USA distributor for Flexi, great service. Like others have said, contact Matt At Flexi, but this might get you somewhere as well?, I know they fix kites for flexi, for any US or Canadian customers, they might be able send you a new pair ?
