Stompin Badger Posted October 3, 2005 Report Posted October 3, 2005 I just got one for a mate of mine so i got to play first, I was able to compair with the blade 3 that I bought my son (good way of getting more Kites) the 4.9 b 1 is an excerlent kite it flys well & has bags more lift than the newer 4.9 although it's not quite as smooth, great for buggying to. If its the right doe buy it.Hope this helps. Hi guys and gals anybody know what a 4.9 blade mk1 is like, as in is there much difference between the MkI and MkIII

I'm afraid I'm not gonna make it either, so you won't be totally alone I'll be heading over to the Lickeys or Sutton instead I reckon Riff:cool:

raptor Posted October 4, 2005 Report Posted October 4, 2005 a weekend event starting the 14th october to the sunday camping at the eisteddford camp site near cricceath. tides are good for the weekend so maximum beach all weekend. more than 30 people informally attending at the moment with the guys from PKS being there as well. check out the spflyers thread for upto date information and the normall spamming from Zotty and Gizmo
