A few more sites for you. Unfortunately they can all, at times, give different forecasts but are pretty similar for tomorrow.

I can give you directions or a lift, your call, I have to go through wombourne to get there. Or we can meet @ Ounsdale to make sure its worth the drive. I've room for 2 in the van.

Sounds good dude, I think its best if we all meet up at Ounsdale 1st to assess the situation (nick ;-) ) and see if theres any point making the drive. If you could make it down gaz that would take our number up to 5 if my bro joins in, so it could be a pretty sweet day. Metchck rekons its 8mph midday, its not awesome but it sounds pretty good for the time of year.

What time do you want to meet... 11 on the car park?

post a message on here as soon as you can and if anyone else wants to tag allong then please just put a post on here and well sort something out.

The wind is not looking great today! Beest congrats on the Sabre, looks like a beast of a kite! Didnt you have a blade 6.6m or was it always a 4.9m? Think I might get a blade for myself soon!

Posted

Hey gaz. Yes the wind is variable but i rekon it could be quite good. The Sabre is ace dude, and I have got the Blade III 4.9 aswell. Getting a Blade might be a bit of a mistake this soon, you might want to realy seriously get used to your bullet and maybe a board before you start thinking about a blade. They are awesome kites but quite unforgiving, your bullet can handle a wide range of winds while the blades wind range would be much less and in high winds it realy take you for a ride. You might think youve got the bullet mastered but just keep on trying it in higher winds and you will see the power it has and you might think twice about getting a blade just now.

As for today, were going to be setting off in abit and should be at Ounsdale at about 12:45, hopefully we will see you there

Hey up all,

Beast seen you down at Ounsdale yesterday, was having my hair cut.....looked out of the window and there where kites moving around in the sky. Wish I could have caome over and said hi but I'm so busy at the mo.

Sounds like you have been out loads, have not done a great deal. Been over to Wales a couple of times but thats about all. Brought a new car and it has left me a bit skint, but hay hopefully things will change and I will get chance to come out again soon.

Keep up the good fight

Sorry I missed you guys. The other half reminded me we had to get some birthday pressies for my niece so I ended up going out early at 8am till 10.30. It was a tad gusty but not too bad. Is anyone going to the kite jam at LLandudno this weekend?

Got a board today so can start boarding with you guys soon! You will have to give me some tips! Got a Scrub Furnace Creek Mk 1 board, brand spanking new, for £100. I think thats a decent deal just waiting for someone to tell me otherwise! Its a pretty nice board, should give me hours of fun and plenty of bruises!

nice work gaz u really cant go wrong with a scrub deck really and for 100 thats a gud deal mate. trust me it gets ten times mbetter now uve got a set of wheels!!!!!

we went down to western super mare monday it was brilliant wind really was blasting later on and we tore up the beach!!! thats where the boarding really gets fun!!!!

Howdo everybody

Western was awesome, we had a nice stretch of beach totally to our selfs it was just an awesome say and there wasnt much of the beach left after we came home.

Gaz... you are mad, 1st a bullet, then thinking about a blade and now a board, your moving in leaps and bounds, and alsong as you dont try to go too fast you will be ok, id just cool it down a litle bit and concentrate on kiteboarding before your wallet feels the strain of another purchase!

gixxer... We really need to meet up sometime dude, hopefully we can do something on the weekend, what going on at LLandudno? I havnt heard of it before... If our driver is willing (thats you nick) then we might be able to make it if its any good.

zebedee... Long time no see, can you make it out this weekend, and maybe catch a glimps of my shiny new Sabre... anyway, you do need to come down sometime, test out the buggy in the field or even better at ounsdale in a bigger wind than before.

Hopefully all of us could meet up on the same day, so that could be possibly 6 or 7 kites in the sky at the same time, and thats not bad at all :D

Heres a wuick pic from monday at western when we totally ripped up the beach, some guys with Phantoms turned up for a while but they just couldnt handle the stuff we were pulling and they had to leave us with the beach all too our selfs. ;)

Hey guys. Weston looked good. I made do with a night sesh @ Ounsdale on Wednesday once the footballers had finished at 7.30 upto 9.00. Good job they have outside lights!!! Turned out to be a pretty good sesh. Bad news is that they have put a fence up around Codsall school so no-one can get in outside school hours:mad:.

The kite jam is organised by Turbulance a shop in Llandudno. (See link below,) I've not been before but its an annual do apparently. We are at my folks in laws' caravan this weekend down the road in Dwygyfylchi (great language), so thought we'd check it out. There's a party on Sat night so can't be bad!! Hopefully there will be a nice onshore wind as I want to have a bash in the water. Wifey is getting very keen as well which is even better.

Beest, it would be cool to meet up with everyone. As autumn sets in hopefully the winds will come!!!

Sorry mate we cant make the Kitejam, and the weather here is terrible. Shame about the fence, I was looking forward to having a bash at codsall.

Hopefully we will all have a big meet before me and Nicko leave for uni

Sorry to say but it was a good weekend in wales. It was good to see good kiters 'live'. The wind really kicked off Saturday afternoon for the kite surfers. Unfortunately we missed out on the party as I didn't realise tickets had to be bought in advance but we managed to get ****** anyway. Managed a couple of good beach sessions. You forget how much better it is than a field!

Force 3 winds are forecast for Tuesday evening if any ones up :D.

The wind has been so poor lately here, have been itching to get out and perform some juicy wipeouts on my brand spanker of a board! The rest of the week is looking pretty good though so I will definitely be about! Just leave a message on here regarding when and where and I will try and be there!

Well it looks like the forecast looks like it was right. If anyones about I'm heading to Ounsdale 7-7.30 ish (earlier if there's no football, ) to wrap myself round a goal post.http://community.flexifoil.com/images/icons/wacko.gif
