Oh yes the name says it all. a city stuck in the distant memory of a formar glorary, with very little to show for it. The general approach to life being.."we dont like change"...and they dont. Seaburn... A glorious beach, relativly unspoilt and affected by the, almost unchalleged nievity of the local life. With a huge tidal range offering fantastic kiting activities, Seaburn can be considerd a haven from the unfortunate reality of Sunderland. This beach being the one aspect of town, not plagued by such a feeling on resentment...until last weekend. Kiting bans now in place. No real reason for this has been offered by those in high places, and an ever increasing spiral of 'untruthes' have been used to validate thier actions.
