am ummming and arrring over a mastair, but cant seem to find much about them online! can anyone point me in the right direction!

I tried a number of setups, all resulting in some part of the kite remaining powered up. the single safety line to a rea/back/brake line worked well. I Allowed plenty of slack, to give plenty of tension in the single line, and resulted in the kite collapsind down wind of that line. Id say it was a 4 gusting 4. Will try some more....

I have my Blade 6.4 on a vps. Lets imagine a need to ditch the kite for some reason, then thats the last i see of it as there is no saftey line attachement. Quick phone to flexi (via my dealer) suggest that simply releasing the bar whilst staying hooked in will collapse the kite and bring it down. Excuse me! No it won't. Maybe on some kinda two/three line/bar crossover set up type idea. not the four line vps. So i qwiftly construct a wrist strap, shock cord, 10ft (ish) line to my left brake line this works fine. But.... I loop the kite, now i have a mishmash of lines, that cant be sorted by spinning the bar as usual. arse. I guess my question is.. How do i kill the kite, whilst keeping my 'flyability'.?????

I know there is thread for this topic allready..in numerous places though im sure you folk wont mind this one... Sunderland... Oh yes the name says it all. a city stuck in the distant memory of a formar glorary, with very little to show for it. The general approach to life being.."we dont like change"...and they dont. Seaburn... A glorious beach, relativly unspoilt and affected by the, almost unchalleged nievity of the local life. With a huge tidal range offering fantastic kiting activities, Seaburn can be considerd a haven from the unfortunate reality of Sunderland. This beach being the one aspect of town, not plagued by such a feeling on resentment...until last weekend. Kiting bans now in place. No real reason for this has been offered by those in high places, and an ever increasing spiral of 'untruthes' have been used to validate thier actions. depends on what your after really!!!?? Heaps of spots all varying so lendin themselves to particular kitie goodness and/or where the wind is comin from. Cant fail to miss the kids playin around the harbour...just look up...

i would do the following attach a spreader type device bout 15ft above your swede. run your power lines through this spreader. Depending on how you choose to do this may effectvly shorten your lines. Now using about 15 roles of ductape attach camer to spreader. this should allow for more reliable framing of your purdy face, and the camera shouldnt hit the deck at too higher speed. using the ol theory of tuning moments etc!? bet that makes no sence. D

this all depends.... Cant gurantee your camera, but there are ways to avoid potential damage. am supposing you are wanting to film yourself? ie the camera facing back down to the ground?

errrrmm i mean flappy tips soz, Me blade 6.4 has a nasty habbit of wing tip collapse when exiting the turn. this dont happen all the time, but the wind is currently as reliable as a minister for informattion, so havnt been able to place the problem in a wind bracket yet!!!. thought this was a result of to much break, but have eased them out, to what seemed like 50 yards!, and then back in again. cant seem to cure it urrrm help i hate flappy tips! d
