I have, on more than one occasion, double looped a 2.5m Rage in a buggy in 55mph (whatever the knotage is for that) ....

not for the fient hearted either.... seeing as i was at 6feet off the ground as well

3.6m No chance (well is there really )

NOW If someone said I saw Richy Stones out on a 6m Phantom in 55mph - I'd believe that coz I saw it with my own eyes

in a buggy it's different because you're rolling and the kite just makes you go faster .... if you're standing still/jumping and landing to a standstill again ... it's different + the kite doesn't need to hold you up in the air ...

it was more like 46mph 40knots and yes i could barely hold onto it and had to be helped to stop being pulled downwind and it was a little stupid and got very hurt. This did happen and yes i am stupid XD

we had 35 knots here on the east coast i side launched my 10m speed 2 in it the highest wind to date i've flown it in and fook me was i boosting large 25ft jumps plus and hangtime the only troublew was downwind travel it was travelling downwind about 100m before i hit the water, and kiteloops no bottle for that in those winds.just realised i've posted this in the wrong section deerrr!

well i once needed to take a piss in 35-40 knots. i remembered my old man saying "son don't piss into the wind" so i turned round and proceeded to leak. then i felt this mild spitting on my face and thought "is it raining?". alas it was not raining. the low pressure zone pressure zone behind me was creating vacuum, And yes i was pissing all over myself.

morrell of the story. don't piss with the wind over 30 knots!

That reminds me of a story we had in Boa. Just arrived at this remote offshore spot, clear blue skies, 15knots and me & the guys where deciding which kites to take out. When we felt splashes of water, "surely it can't be raining" we thought. Turned around and one of the guys was taking a piss upwind of us.

Moral of the story if someone's taking a piss in the wind, don't stand downwind of them.
