I have just got back from a village fete and spotted an old skate deck in a paper bag. It says to me "old school" and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light? It's got "Pro am Pure Gold" stickers on the top and bottom. Also it has the oldschool style Stripes of dark wood on the top laminated on it.

I'll get some pictures up of it in a sec.

I'm not sure whether to get some longboard hardware for it and cruise around on it or sell it/put it on my wall!

Cheers:D

Here's some pictures (one with the believed to be original packaging)

That looks mint, don't drill it! Trying to find out more about it. If had it I would put it on the wall, at a guess I'd say 1977-79

Spike you're a ledgend! Thanks so much for that- I owe you one!

Crispy- even though its a 'wank' deck I could be tempted to make an original set up for a laugh! If you find them pm me??

Just bought myself a board the other week after 15 years! Thought I was the only old guy going through his midlife crisis this way :) Still not dared knock any kids off the parks yet though
