I've PM'd most of you my new mobile number. @ Encona, nope didn't get a text, must be just psychic (spelling?) or something! @Rich, should be able to pop along on the 8th as I'm in Wales that weekend. Will also be in Wales at Easter but not sure when yet.

I don't get any time to Kite now........what the hells gonna happen when I've got a newborn and a toddler!!!!!! I've just renewed by insurance again so better get some use out of it!

I got sent a link to your thread from a lad called Gizmo, said you were fairly local to me and that you guys might be able to help me get started in the big kite flying scene and not kill my self with the North Rhino 10m i just bought...lol I already own a TriBord 2.4 and an RBK mountain board, and REALLY love flying down the beach as fast as the wind can take me! Ultimatley i (and my wife) are wanting to get in to KiteSurfing, hence the Rhino 10m LEI, only paid for it today so it should be here next week, but i dont think there are any lines with it and i know it doesn't have a bar or harness, so i'm going to need some advice on what to buy without breaking my wallet! Would be really cool if i and maybe my wife could meet up with you guys some time and teach us how to enjoy this awsome sport and not kill ourselves...lol I've got a lot of experience of flying kites, mostly dual line stunters like Delta wings and such, and i'm getting really good with the 2.4, my wife has a 1m TriBord that she uses as a trainer as she doesen't have the same experience as me with a kite, she's getting pretty good with it and has had hold of the 2.4 in a good wind so knows what it feels like to get pulled off yer feet! If you want real advice then talk to a young lad called Craig Hickman Jr (snr knows a little bit as well mind you) and he will give you all the advice you need on anything to do with kiting.

This weekend is pussy1000kg unless you can do something about the tides. Next BRS trip is a week on Sunday, the 8th. This time we'll have a tripod for the video so we don't get sarky comments from dodgy croatians (now deleted and blocked) on youtube:rolleyes: So whos up for the 8th? Add ya names......
