I think sports cover is about £80 a year, but covers for medical bills, and kit i think. I had to get weekend cover from them as the BBC didn't renew my insurance in time for the SEKA trip to Les Hemmes last weekend. They seem pretty clued up on the sport. I bought it online and had the documents emailed to me 10 mins later. Then they arrived int he post the next day aswell! I know everyone involved with the BBC works hard, but when trying to get my recent insuranced renewed, it just felt like a was moving anywhere. Ash

Tthe LD stunt is one my favourite kite. I always take it with me when flying. Its incredibly fast and does have a surprising amount of grunt. It use it to buggy someitmes and I not little ;o) I think that there going for about £110 new, maybe a little less.

I am looking to buy some new kite. I've narrowed my choice down to.. Vampire Vampire Race Century I don't race, but would like something that's pretty fast, and without to much lift. Thought or suggustions? Cheers Ash

If they shouted police, I would probably stop, 'low till I was in that position I'm not sure what my gut would make me do. Run down a street, maybe, but while run into a tube station, jump the ticket barriers, then onto a tube train? While all the time, there's 3-4 guys behind you shouting for you to stop? Seems a little excessive if you thought you were going to be mugged?!? Someone posted on the BBC website, that with all the attacks, and then some guy pulling a gun, he was probably think it was another attack. My question is then, why run onto a tube train?

No, I don't think / hope that will happen. In my opinion if they do payout to the guys family it will have to effects - (1) Admitting that the police where open fired when they shouldn't of, and that they police officers in question or guilty of murder (2) Damage morale within the force, and potential put many more lifes at risk

No member in my family would be stupid enough to run away from armed police when you've been asked to stop. However, if they did carry on running, then yes. I would still support the police. I would be upset, but not angry. Like I said, I would rather a suspected bomber shot without questions, then making police officers questions their own actions. No doubt, that if they had hesitated and thought about it, and it was a real bomb that went of, everyone that’s a criticising now, would be up in arms about police incompetence, and about how they failed to stop him killing. The police have my 100% support. I feel for the man's friends and family, but running away when the officers had identified themselves, left them no choice. Just over two weeks ago, 52 innocent people died. I would rather one suspected bomber died then another 50 people. I only hope that the next time the police are in this situation again, they don’t hesitate for fear of repercussions. We should be thanking them for protecting us, not berating them or branding them as murderers.

Just got back from Brighton. Not the best conditions for flying kites, wind was pretty gusty. Did manage a quick try on a 5mtr Ozone Riot thanks to Dunsatble Kites. Was suitable impressed, so much so, that I went and bought the 7mtr version! Now just waiting for my next Camber session Ash Oh yeah, thanks for the update regarding the SEKA website.
