Well there obviously isn't a lot of opportunity to snow kite but looks like the skiing is good!!!! First time there, staying over the east in Les Menuires so thinking I might try and get all the way over to Courchevl and back.
I'm off to three valleys in two weeks for a skiing holiday, though about packing my baldeIII and seeing if I could give snowkiting a go. I ski profficiently and buggy/board relatively well so am keen to try. Anyone know of an area near by, Meribel, Courcheval, Les Menuires where I could give it a go?
I'm not part of your usual gang but I'm up visiting my sister and had the same idea as you, sunny, windy etc... where abouts is it you go in the area and maybe you wouldn't mind me coming along
I'm not part of te usual leeds crowd but I'm up visiting my folks and need to get out of the house so would be glad to meet up with someone at roundhay. where abouts in the park to you park and where abouts do you fly?
:confused:Hey leeds gang, just wondering if I could get some details on where people fly up in leeds. Just up visiting my folks and getting a little board need to get out:mad:. Know leeds quite well so any places would be great.
off to biarritz for a long weekend, mostly for surfing but naturally my kites and board will be going with me. I've heard there are some great beaches, had a look on the web but couldn't find much, anyone give me details.
Anyone know anywhere near either Bury St Edmunds or Thetford where you can fly. I'm based at RAF Honington which is great in itself but a bit lonely and occasionally someone gets a little excited about a plane possibly landing!!
