I have just seen some windtech kites in a kitesurfing book. i've never heard of windtech before, r they still making kites, r they any good, and if they'r still made where can i try one. Thanks James

Hi all This may have been asked a thousand times before, but, is there any web sites that i can get info on building my own kite board, and also where to get the materials? I know that it won't be as good as a pro made one but i think it could be fun. Any advice welcome:) Thanks James

Have just swapped my 13 m strake for a 15m fuel and brought a 11m fuel:) So i was wondering what you lot think is the best kite??????????

Hi peeps Just got two 04 fuels, 11m and 15m. nice package but the instructions are sh*t. Can anyone tell me what the wind range of these two kites are. thanks james P.s i weight 95 kgs if that makes any differance??????????

Hi peeps Have got a blade 3 6.6 with bar and lines and a blade 3 3.0m with handles and lines for sale or would consider swapping for frenzy/phantom. Both kites are in superb condition (6.6 only flown once and the 3.0 flown twice) If anyones interested P.M. me for further details Thanks black wind

cheers guys, i agree with what ur saying, it looks like we'll just have to wait and see where the sport goes. P.s. i love the idea about a quad bike and landboard but the missus has put a stop to my dangerous plans. DOH!

HI peeps is it possible or would it be possible to do wake style tricks above the ground? When i've seen kite surfers doing them they seem to get a huge amount of 'pop' off the water that helps them to throw the tricks. Is this possible with a BLADE or would i be better off with a different kite? Any ideas will be greatly recived P.S. I know that trying this sort of thing above the land is dangerous, but it's got to be worth a go!!!

the lines were new c-lines and were the correct strength. i double check my line condition and correct connection before each flight. do you think there is any chance the lines were f***ed up in the manufacturing prosses????????????????????????????????

Was flying the b3 6.6 on tuesday and guess what, i snapped a steering line while in mid air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The question is has anyone else had this happen and is there a way to minimize the painful outcome. Oh and why do i spend my money on these kites, give them a loving home and they thank my by beating the sh1t out of me. Any thoughts???

NO WAY DUDE, the 6.6 is enough at the moment, it still scares the c**p out of me at times!! P.S. why is it that when your jumping and a bit of skirt walks past you always end up landing like a sack of s**t and they find it, well you know!!!!?

Cheers guys its nice to know that im not the only 6.6 fan out there. The only thing that i dont like about it is when it stalls at the top of the window, then falls back into the power zone and i do a wicked impresion of superman. OUCH!!

Go for a kite specific board mate, they have natural turn against the kites pull andmake it much easier to learn, the only down side is you cant go for a nice down hill run because of the turn (doh!) Have fun and get some saftey gear or it will hurt:cool:
