  1. Yeah . Noah & the 2x2, Comming to u soon in the future, some time. Your Planet Your Future.
  2. The young no fear the stupid as well.
  3. Don't b a Flid & all ways wear ya lid. If your on land it goes in hand. Who mentioned swinging ? Any pics availlable ?
  4. I bought my blade III 4.9 about 6 weeks ago with the bar option & the X over kit was already attatched to it. According to Flexifoil blurb it comes standard with the bar. And not a bad idea at all. To the unwise the X over kit is a single line of shockcord running through the centre hole on the bar with a pulley on the end with an 18" length of cord running through the pulley to which the brake lines r attatched 2 each end, thus when the bar is pulled down to the left or right the exact amount of main line travel is X over in the brake line keeping the trailing edge on a same plane as the leading edge. I agree Lansdown a must, try & then buy.
  5. I've thought about that 1 already Sky-Blu. I would connect my brake lines further up on the brake bridles about 4" up to start with, as pulling the brake line on the usual setup on a bar stalls the kite quite quick with about that much pull. Another possible advantage i could see that this setup could have is in hang time as the trailing edge would keep its profile as it is in tension. As opposed to the conventional setup the trailing edge is under no tension and is free to quiver upwards with a small loss of surface area & more drag on the top foil. I'm gonna give it a try this weekend & c ow it go's. I'll keep ya posted
  6. Has any1 tried the second option of attatching the brake lines to the main bridle as in the handbook, if so are there any benefits i.e. Stability ? Turn speed ? Less Luff ? or is this just aload a chuff ? Your opinions please
  7. Savage : Would you buy a car without any brakes ? And then take it 4 a test drive down a hill ? He who thinks he can harness the wind is a Fool.
  8. Adrena1in : If it's becoming the No.1 ? then maybe it should b flexis's No.1 priority to provide thier customers with what they want. Lets face it who wouldn't want a de-power on thier kite ? Whith the exception of fat basta**ds. Looks like im gona have to take your route m8. Bushflyer : Checked out the site but at the bottom of the page where it says " Easy add on to : - " blah blah blah, there is no mention of a Blade. Maybe not so easy. Bit dubious. Have u seen & tried it in action on a Blade. Anybody else got the UDS on a blade. Cheers 4 da input dudes
  9. Just got a 4.9 & took it out tonight with ATB in 10 - 13 mph pretty awsome, i'm ****ing the weekends forcast 15 - 20. Anyway its parked above & nearly pulling me arms outin theese light winds. So is there any rig or setup that can allow a Blade III to change the AOA on the bar.
