Just found this thread, and my goodness did I LOL! I was expecting some top tips on best shoreline for catching that tasty fish. Got to agree that 'My Generation' is fabulous, The Ox rocks! On the Who DVD there is a bit where you can choose a camera that is focussing on each person during a couple of songs, as well as getting their audio only, and the 'OxCam' was the most amazing (although 'Mooncam' gave you a great idea as to how much of a loony Moon really was!) Steve, that fugazi track rocks! Good choice that man.

I have a typhoon and a volvo estate, and use a holywood bike rack (what a dreadful name). I just hang the back axle on it and take the front forks off. Bob's your uncle. Easy and very quick, with minimal muck getting into the car. Need to get a number plate to hang off it, but the rear lights are all clear. It was not actually that simple though, as the holywood rack was the wrong size when I got my typhoon, with the arms too far apart. What a pain. So instead of buying a new one, in a fit of rage I put one rack arm against my chest, and just pulled and bent the other one in. Perfect, though it'll never fold down small again! The halfords rack recommended above fits nicely on my wifes civic (old style, almost a saloon), so I imagine it'll be perfect for you. Kev

Just to add to the pile of positives, Jon just made me a bag for my typhoon, and although it does not fit into the space at the back, it is a wonderful bit of kit. attaches very securely with what must be russian strength velcro, perfectly sized pouch for the stake, and two well protected internal pockets, one for the tools and one for the wallet and stuff. Also bought some custom side rail covers, which again, are excellent. Jon was hugely accomodating of a new father (me!) and helped with the pipe lagging as well, so it was a 2 minute huffing and puffing to get the buggy spot on. Whilst the kit is extremely well made and very functional, the thing that impresses most was the attitude of Jon himself. Fantastic service, quick comms and bent over backwards to help out a frazzled bloke (me again!) really cannot recommend highly enough. I know that some folk have had bad experiences on these forums buying and selling stuff, but I have to say I've only had hugley positive ones (and I've bought and sold a fair bit of kit). To the lovingly titled itchyring, no, you are not the only person to coil your lines! I thought I might have been. It was what ozone told me to do with my first kite and I've done it ever since with few problems. So there you go. kev

v-max is top notch penance, I got mine from powerkiteshop in the summer and its superb. Build is excellent (remember to tighten all the bolts now and again!) and it is tres comfy. I'm a big chap using big kites and its survived a good couple of very painful crashes. more than can be said for my right shoulder... ouch! It is stable, but then, I could get a pl on two wheels watching TV. Its not that hard to get a v-max on two wheels, haven't figured out how to do it intentionally though! Agree with all comments posted, if you ain't flipping it, you ain't trying hard enough!
