  4. hey guys... you're absolutely right Mr Melly, i host the racekites.com website at home and have had a load of problems with BT in the last few days... the excuse was that an engineer had slipped with a screw driver and shorted out the circuit hopefully the site should be okay until BT screw up next time. sorry about the down time. If the site is ever down, please drop me a mail or a message and let me know so i can get it back online asap.... and if you want to read, or add some reviews and get your name on the site, browse on over... cheers A
  5. reviews on the blade 3 ?? have you tried http://www.racekites.com ?? if not you should.... lots and lots and lots of stuff ! espically reviews ! cheers A
  6. the bullet is regarded as a beginners buggy kite. the blade 3, regarded as kite for board based activities and fun flying, jumping.... check out all the reviews on http://www.racekites.com and learn all about them... cheers A
  7. Kite killers are down to personal preference, as they can get in the way... However, Kite killers and power lines ??? If your kite was heading for those lines, you couldn't even let go if you wanted too.... ZAP !
  8. The blade 3 is great for board/surfing but not so good in a buggy... also, a 4.9 sounds too large for your 1st proper kite. I wouldn't reccommend anything over 4m... A
  9. there is a new how to section on http://www.racekites.com and jumping is the first guide to be published. check it out A
  10. have you thought of hand coding your site ? Its the best way of learning about web design and will allow you much more control over your page. Once you learn the html side you could then move onto asp, php (dynamic pages...) etc... my site is all hand coded asp. Believe me, its so much easier than using dreamweaver....
  11. The Blade and the Bullet are very different kites and are intended for different uses. The Blade is a intermediate boarding / jumping orientated kite. Provides lots of lift, and lots of fun. The Bullet is more of a beginners buggy kite. Stable and little lift. You need to decide what kinds of activites you want to do. reviews of these kites can be found on my website. A
  12. vipers are based / is a predator 1. Easy to fly and won't catch you out. You won't win any races with them, but if you are starting out or trying to improve then its a good choice. if you haven't already, check out the reviews of this kite on : http://www.racekites.com cheers A
  13. nytrox has a cool site with good videos.... I see that he flies down at camber which happens to be my local beach !! check it out... A
