  1. It's definitely not easy... I only went to a few permissions but that was with my older brothers who paid about £4000 a year for this.. This gave them about 12 shoots. They had shotguns but the owners didn't mind Air Rifles. Only other option which is a bit more tedious is ask local gun shops as they normally know the local situation or join a local Airgun club... Bit boring shooting at targets but can open a few doors. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
  2. Your right I was bloody lucky.. I know someone who was charged with it. As for permissions apparently the pigeon watch forums are useful for some leads. http://www.pigeonwatch.co.uk Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
  3. Your right there... I also found people who had them were very reluctant to share them.... I ended up over a field near me at night lamping..... Well until the local constabulary popped over and had a word. Must be fair though I explained my situation and got a swift kick up the arse and sent home. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
  4. Tried to fill it out but it didn't like question 12.... Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk

  6. Wow....now that is one determined girl you have there... Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
  7. I agree to an extent but the main difference is the length of the barrels..the older weiurauchs never made a sound with or without a suppressor...the older break barreled rifles had longer barrels and possibly lower power output therefore dissipated the sound better,I have a silenced s200 which is an amazing rifle but with a short barrel, with a weiurauch silencer which is deadly quiet, also have a shrouded day state huntsman with silencer but to me is louder.....I feel the way Airguns have changed is massive but unfortunately to the point any twat can own one...for example my old s200 I could turn a screw and put it up to 20flb which is then a firearm.......hence why I won't sell it. 8. Your right there..my old break barrelled were a lot quieter dry fired. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
  9. @The Geoff...wow maybe something I can tell you about for a change lol...on a lot of rifles a suppressor makes a huge difference...I have 2 Air Rifles which both need a suppressor due to the noise they make. There are many different types but mine are known as pcp (pre charged pneumatics) which I charge to about 190bar(they have a built in reservoir) from a divers bottle. They are known as full power legal rifles which is 12flb of pressure per shot(190bar is about 60 shots). I cleaned mine in the garden last year and removed the suppressor whilst doing so, I then dry fired it (with no pellet in) and within 10 mins I had police at my house checking what the the noise was claiming they had heard a shot from a gun was fired from my address....they left happy but what a pain. Only funny thing was one noticed my flexifoil and it turns out he was a kitesurfer and sat chatting for a while lol:) Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk

  13. Cheers for all the advice people... I have a gut feeling he has got himself worked up to much and I'm flogging a dead horse ! The pisser is he was my kite buddy and was learning together ( and I mean I wear BIG L plates at the moment lol) so looks like time to go it alone, @Paul, Cheers for the invite...I'll pm you as I'm only in Ipswich. Once again thanks for your time peeps.
  14. Hey all, asking a question on behalf of a friend who has an 07 Rebel and the 5 line North Bar, Basically he is a bit scared of the power of his 12m Rebel so I suggested he try one of my older 4 line Flexi's (ion3 8.5), I haven't seen his bar or any 5 line bar and was wondering is it easy enough to remove the 5th line and once removed will there still be a leash point ? I don't have a spare Bar so was hoping he could use his short term, Soz for the dumb question
  15. @peter lol probably not a bad idea, didn't cost anything and can't imagine I'll be doing anything spectacular for a while..
  16. @Carl...I'll have to get the measurements off them as these seem different, inbetween the fixing bolts there 65mm lengthways and 45mm widthways
  17. Hey all, I've been learning to Kitesurf for a while now and thought I'd give it a bash on land.... Someone living near me gave me a Flexifoil Flexdeck just to get me going but I've noticed its got a crack on the truck..(namely one of the four mounting points has snapped so is only held on by 3 bolts). The question is are the trucks specific to the boards or can I pretty much use anyone? If so any recommendations? Cheers all ..

  24. Hey all, I've had a 2 day course a while ago and was looking for some water start instruction, I feel its better to pay as I'm going it alone so probably be the safer option,so the question is do you guys and gals know of any crazy fool instructors who are happy to teach in the Winter, I'm in Ipswich so East Coast or Norfolk would be ideal, Cheers in advance. 25. I have to agree with Kitekim,I spent money on lessons with a teacher who is a pro rider....never once was this mentioned to me, I know common sense is an important part of any sport but if your not a water baby like myself then its all new.....but very good advice and something I will now never forget...so I'm thinking this post has probably educated many people including myself .
