Hi everyone, I was thinking about going power kiting to Blackpool tomorrow. However, found out that there were some kind of restrictions on beaches of Blackpool. The only info could find about it was quite old. So perhaps anyone here could tell something more about it?And btw what would be the best places to power kite in that area?
