    I have two T5s and i'm 12 stone and i use the 137 more often, if i was you look for that size if your planning on choppy water, flat water and you will get away with 134, tryed 130 along time ago you will eat water trust me.

    Elbow strap when your not kiteing day and night this will ease the pain and Ibuprofen or diclofenac from your doctor, works for me everytime and i've had it for 3 years now in both arms, not all of us can rest it for 6 months with work and kitesurfing. also use your other arm for things other than the one thats affected, sling it up that will stop you using it to drink and stay off the alcohol. good luck mate it will take time.
