The focus this year has been on improving the turning speed on the larger sizes, extending the low end, and making the relaunch even easier. It has outstanding all-terrain performance, depower, and amazing handling. To achieve these improvements we added our new Direct Response Steering technology, low drag wingtips and re-engineered the bridles. The Cult is designed for beginners through to advanced riders seeking a stable, easy-handling, all-terrain kite. Beginners will enjoy the smooth, responsive steering, light bar pressure and unparalleled depower capabilities. The easy relaunch will allow them to improve their skills in comfort and confidence. Advanced riders will enjoy the balanced feel, hooked-in or unhooked, which allows them to push the envelope on new moves."
  6. hey people, is there anyone that kites and works in the cooper basin?(moomba) im looking at bringing my kite n landboard up there for a try...or just anyone that has been around these areas doing it before? by cooper basin i mean anywhere, moomba, ballera, dullingari, tirrawarra, tarbat, jackson?NE south australia or SW QLD? where are the best spots that are nice and flat to do it and a little forgiving (not like jacksons fields of rocks) any help appreciated
  7. As i work an even time roster at work, i have a shitload of time kiting by myself while everyones working, keeping in mind the beaches i go to normally are isolated and dont have a soul anywhere this my recipe for goodness; use a stake or a solid fixture to launch the kite off of to prevent damage to the kite and to yourself if it goes a little wrong(most beaches i use only have around 10 metres off sand so difficult to self launch with scrub so close) tell someone where ur going, and when u will be back. wear a helmet and a lifejacket/vest if ur gona try tricks because its a little hard to swim to shore when youve KO'd urself doing a headbutt mctwisty to blind... and yeh know all your safety features of ur kite, how to water pack ur kite up, self launch and self land. thats me in a nutshell
  8. id have to say id get a mate to do a couple hours in the private lesson, as he wont listen to my suggestions on helping him to go upwind and how to jump a little easier...mind you id propably go the same thing and learn to jump a litle more smoother and consistently. wade
