So I got myself a HTC Sensation on wednesday (yes, 2 days ago), from a mobile phone store in Brighton. Now, the only 2 handsets they had were opened boxes. I had a thorough look over the handsets and it was all present and correct, just the charger opened and the protective stuff removed from the phone. The sales guy was up front about it, to be fair to him, so I reluctantly agreed to take one.
Today I notice a screen issue, looks like the graphics adapter?
It's not completely dead, just got some funky thin lines appearing, hopefully you can see from this pic:

Should I:
1. Call the customer service line and let them send out the returns packaging, I post it back, get a new one sent back to me?
2. Go back to my local store (I got it in Brighton, I live in Bexhill!), and get them to replace it there and then?
I can't be without a handset, so i'm favouring the 2nd option...
