you can unlock(allow any sim card or network) any phone, most markets have stalls that will unlock your phone. its illegal to unlock a barred phone(the imei) you can get sent down if caught. if your phone goes missing you report it lost, the network will ban the phone on that network, it will still work with the other networks thou, but the only way to get it working on its barred network is to change the imei...

i stay at a place called porth, 150meters from the beach, its ok aslong as its onshore here aswell , but only when the lifeguards have gone;) i went in aug and it was ok after 6pm. i on the saturday was the only person with abuggy and kite, sunday another kiter turned up, by weds they was about 6 flyers, but just me with a buggy and a lad with a board...
