  1. Thanks for all the info guys, looks like it will probably be a Brooza or Blurr then. What sort of wind speed do you think would be tops for the 2.5m Blurr versus the 2m Brooza?
  2. Hi Guys, I'm after some suggestions please on a new high wind kite. I'm looking for something around 2m. It will be for using on the beach mainly so nice clean wind and just for cruising. I was thining maybe a Yakuza or a Blurr but have no experience with either so was wondering what they were like and also if there is anything else worth thinking about? I currently have mainly Blades and few other things but I am wanting something a little more racey and with less lift for high winds. Any thoughts appreciated.
  3. Hi everyone My self, Giga and some others will coming down to invade your beach on the week of the 8th of Sept for the seccond time this year. We all can't wait as we always have a great time. Maybe we will see some of you again! How is the beach looking at the mo. When we were down in Aprill it was like moon town, not the worst we've seen but certainly not the best!! I hope it will be better this time. Preying for good weather! Ben
  4. That sounds pretty cool Zotty. I can't be far from modifying my first weapon. It is just a top game tho!! Defo worth upgrading to the 360 Elite just to see it in full 1080p HD. If anyone says you cant tell the difference between 1080i and 1080p then they haven't seen it, (or their telly isn't big enough) Just having the HDMI cable to the telly makes a difference on the non 1080p games!!
  5. Hey all. Cheers for asking Dick.tracy. We just got back this afternoon Sunday and Mon were about as good as it got for wind direction. Tues we had some good runs across the beach. Then the wind just got less every day. Win some lose some eh Still, we all fly RC planes so we just played with different toys and still had a top holiday. The Dragon went very well indeed. 25mph in that felt real easy compared to it feeling like light speed in my old PL comp Its really nice and easy to throw around and have fun but feels real solid when you want to dig in and get some powered up speed Did about 50miles over the week and top speed of 31mph. So I guess I love it:D and so did you Gary!! Go on you know you want one:D Can't wait till the next trip in sept now Cheers all Ben (look out for Garys Libra in the For Sale section soon;)):D

  7. On the 14th of April 6 of us will be invading your beach for a weeks buggy holiday:D One boarder (Giga) and five buggys!! We all can't wait to get out there for our first days buggying on the Sunday morning, once the tide starts to go out. I have my new Winddragon Max C to try out, and Giga her PL VII 13m. Didn't really see anyone else buggying there when we were last out in Sept 06, so maybe this time we may bump into a few of you Gwithian fliers on your fantastic beach:) Not long now:D:D:D Cant wait:) course now there will be no wind:rolleyes: Ben

    back rest

Yeh I thought the same thing a month ago. I just got a new buggy:D It should be here any day now:) I tried my mates V-max at the weekend and I'm so glad I'm getting a bigger buggy now!! Made my PL seem so uncomfortable! I have a Wind Draggon Max C on order now!!
  9. Nice one. I got bigger side rails to, for the same reason!! mmmm.....pies I didn't bother with foot plates as I am a faby welder and thought it would be very lazy of me:rolleyes: I'll post a picy when they're done if anyone is interested?? I spoke to Al at Atmosphere today and he confirmed they are 25mm in diameter. I need to know cos I want to sink a stainless boss into the tube. This will have a blind thread in it for bolts to hold the foot plates on with. Bit OTT, but thats me:rolleyes: Mine will hopfully be with me for the weekend Windjammer. When I spoke to Al he said they were building a couple together and said the final bits were done yesterday or today, so with some luck yours will be ready to. Cheers for the replies chaps Ben
  10. Hi, I am waiting on my new wind dragon buggy to be delivered but I want to start making up some foot plates for it, so can anybody tell me what diameter the foot pegs are please? Cheers, Ben
