how about:
BIGHT ME!!
i'll just explain the irony for those that don't see it.
Bight; as in Great Australian bight, to which the majority of SA's beautiful coast line belongs.
If inter-staters don't get it, at least it would be a good conversation starter.
It appears negative at first but becomes a positive when understood, like "supersize me" at macca's OR like saying to a mate "sauce me" when you want sauce on your pie, or "cream me" when you want........um..... cream on your ....... scones.
Bight me means "head for the coast!"
the more i think about it, the more sense it makes.
i'm sure the phrase could be developed into a logo with a SA coastline map or something better to more accurately portray the irony to those who may be offended by bad spelling, (or by the original phrase BITE ME.)
or a slightly different approach, just bight me! OR bight my SAKSA
