I'll echo the sentiment to check with Jason first; but if that fails, I wound up ordering mine online from a company in France. And you can have it, when you pry it from my cold, dead hands :)

Edit: I see that he replied while I was typing my reply. I'm not sure if they're making any more, so the trick is to find a store that still has a few in stock from the last time they were in production.

I also heard a rumour that R-sky was no longer making these bags. :( Jason, if you ever manage to get them back in stock, I'd be very interested in buying (another) one. :)

I was wondering what the difference was in the bags so did some searching and found these.

Maybe Jason can put some light on it as it looks like the HQ is not available at the moment but the R-sky now is.

this is the r-sky

The new bags from R Sky are all the Rage. I have fit as many as 25 kites in it! Lam has been using one to travel the world, with never a broken kite or spar from TSA tossing it around from USA to UK to France to Perth. Lots of pockets for line sets in an external zippered pocket with lots of extra pouches for everything right down to your wallet and cell phone or iPod. Heavy duty construction, well worth the value.

HQ

Each of the HQ Kite Bags pictured are designed to hold 8 kites; however, you may fit as many as 12 if you choose.

Generous interior pockets provide storage for line sets, spare rods, and anything else that you wish to store.

The design is similar to the original Tramontana quilted bag.

Length: 180 cm / 71 inches

Note: As of 2009, the Padded Kite Bag is no longer being made by HQ. They hope to be able to offer it again, in 2010.
