Don't get hangovers :D:D

But if my stomach is feeling funky then bacon sandwiches are the answer.

@Olly, thats the hair of the dog method. In practise most people I've seen try it end up throwing up again at the mere sight and smell of the alcohol :D:D

Sushi.

The rice gives you that vital slow burn energy you need to be back on your feet.

The delicate nature of the sushi means that it does sit in your stomach all stodgy.

Works _every_ time :D

... you best hangover breakfast?????? Shall I start with the full english???.....Kill or cure!

I believe it is now considered a 'kill'. Your liver is already under pressure to breakup the alcohol from the 'session'. Adding a shed load of hard to digest fatty and protein rich food puts the liver under great stress.

I believe either 2 gallon of vodka or a light muesli type brekky can help :D

salt & vinegar crisps and a can of coke (on the way to the beach)

Replaces all your lost salt and sugar. works a treat.

Mind you, the best hangover cure I've ever had was 4 hours of coasteering. Less of a cure more of a life decision - lose the hangover or drown.

Ideally - A litre of 5% Glucose, IV, works a treat......:D

Medically recommended - Banana milk shake made with real bananas as it replaces the lost potasium, calcium, carbs and fluids that 'cause' a hangover......;)

Personally - Big fry up and gallon of coffee..... preferably cooked for me......:D
