Rob, I did actually hit 43 mph over there when I visited my mate a few years back so you've got a little bit to go. But you're getting there. He's not there anymore or you could have played with him. He lived at Beaumont but we kited a little further round. Can't be sure of the beach name. Edited January 22, 2012 by mick Quote
eLuSiVeMiTe Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 St Ouens bay Probably. Around to the west of Beaumont. your wish is my command mick. 43.2 Brooza 3m 30+ mph winds On da beach. Crazily overpowered by the time I came in I couldn't even pull the handles down to hook in. Only time I really needed help landing. Quote
mick Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 You are seriously joking Rob? Seriously??? My Jersey record beaten just cos I gave you grief. What a motivator I am. But I knew that anyway. If its true and thats not your speed in the car to the beach, seriously well done mate. Quote
Nick1599968727 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 god i need to get back out, thats only 0.2mph behind me, well done mate!!!!! Quote
eLuSiVeMiTe Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Nope. Can be confirmed mate. 0.1mph of the record ofthe mate I was buggying with today. Did make me smile when I logged on to post my speed and I saw ya MSG. Very hairy. Heading deep downwind diagonally up the beach. That sea wall gets close quick at 40mph. Packed up after seeing a new pb. Was getting too much for me. 30-40 seconds to get up to speed and stop with some breathing space. Quote
jjpython Posted February 16, 2012 Report Posted February 16, 2012 makes my 27.9mph look a bit lame, can i post a gps profile up from memory map, or does it have to be a gps pic ?? uploaded the profile and then deleted it from the gps like a tard Quote
eLuSiVeMiTe Posted February 16, 2012 Report Posted February 16, 2012 Cheers mate. Near perfect conditions that day. Slightly more xonshore and I recon 50 was on the cards. Always grab a pic while packing up now. Learnt the hard way. Was my last decent Sesh. Sats looking good though. Quote
jjpython Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 dunno if this is good enough but its the best i can get yet jjpython/John Jones aberdeen, scotland 23.1 mph Quote
