mikarcher Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 Time has come for my VW Transporter to find a new loving owner. Having converted it from a plumber/builder/electricial's working van into a more chilled, kiters van to carry all kites/buggies/boards and camping gear. Make VW Model Transporter Engine 2.5 TDI ( the I in TDI is blue, which I am told means its a sporty model) Year 2002 Colour Black MOT till Nov07 TAX till Mar08 Mileage 87000 http://mika.netserv.net/van2.jpg Open to offers, PM me Quote

spooky Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 left a post on appozone for you Jon Quote
mikarcher Posted September 17, 2007 Author Report Posted September 17, 2007 for those who don't use appozone, here are some points I missed which jon asked - no electric windows no A/C full service history it has a good chance of passing an MOT in Nov 3 full seat belts up front, 1+2 seats no bulkhead Condition, very good rear doors, twin barn doors, not glazed guide price, £3,500 private sale so no VAT I can take some more pics, inside and out at the weekend. sgillow Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Thanks Sandmonster, those figures are the ones I want, need to take some advise on if I can fit a 283cm board in by using the area under the seats to gain length. Quote
mikarcher Posted September 18, 2007 Author Report Posted September 18, 2007 I do have a roof rack for the van, if that makes any difference. I took it off as I had no use for it, and as all roof racks, it added wind noise. Quote
SandMonster Posted September 19, 2007 Report Posted September 19, 2007 Thanks Sandmonster, those figures are the ones I want, need to take some advise on if I can fit a 283cm board in by using the area under the seats to gain length. I think it would be a squeeze...you'd probly have to put it in at an angle over the top of the seats, or you might be able to stand it up on its edge & stick the nose inbetween the seats... might obstruct the hand brake tho... mikarcher Posted September 19, 2007 Author Report Posted September 19, 2007 or there is the roof rack !! Quote
mikarcher Posted September 20, 2007 Author Report Posted September 20, 2007 You might want to put an ad up on the T4 forum...link in my sig... anyone still interested, before I stick it on T4 forum, and then ebay... Quote
