LetoII Posted July 28, 2007 Report Posted July 28, 2007 dammit dude! I'm probably going to cyprus for a holiday with the missus (to make up for being in tarifa for 2 weeks without her kitesurfing) and I sort of said I wouldn't kite, we'd do the sight seeing bit instead. Now I want to take my ruddy gear! have fun dude and I shallk try not to see anyone kitesurfing when I'm out there. As for info I think theres windsurfing at coral bay, so may well be kitesurifng possibilities there? Mind if I aks where you're staying as I'm still looking for somewhere reasonable. Dave Quote

Geordieaway Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 I just been for weeks holiday in cyprus with the gf and had 3 days down at pissouri with the guys from www.surfcyprus.com. Give them a shout, they have flexifoil kit for hire, class instructors and the wind is just perfect. Each day the wind builds as the land warms up and you get cross on shore 20knots consistently from about 12 until 6pm. Sweet. Quote
vinny Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 Yeah like the guy says anywhere from Pissouri upwards lots of lil bays along there all sailable but Paramali is where you wanna head. If you wanna try somewhere different head for Ladys Mile Beach at Limassol. If you go there just follow signs to the port then to Ladys Mile beach, drive right to the end of the gravel road until you get to the end where the army base is, worth the visit. Or if your in the mood for driving go to Larnaca sposed to be pretty good there too. Quote
