sharpey1 Posted May 30, 2007 Report Posted May 30, 2007 Hello all I was just wandering what people have got on their MP3 players because I'm flying to San Antonio Bay on Saturday and I was after some new music to download for holiday. You know the kind of thing you need some smooth tunes and some banging beats for how the mode takes you so if you know of any new call sounds can you please tell me so I can start downloading. thanks Stuart Quote

MattPlanet Posted May 30, 2007 Report Posted May 30, 2007 St Germain for some laid back jazzy stuff and loads of other things Cracking call Rayens. See if you can find Boulevard, its an amazing album. Bedouin Soundclash are a pretty laid back reggae/ska feel band. Their first album, Root Fire, is excellent. Sounding A Mosaic is also good, but more produced. Check out the John Butler Trio. Mad guitar and super chilled sound. Think Jack Johnson but not, and about 100x better. Also, Sublime. They kinda cross hiphop and ska. Mellow and very cool. 40oz to Freedom and Sublime are good albums. Err, also try Boards of Canada. They aren't to everyone's taste, but its very relaxing. Try some Faithless for the more upbeat sounds. Quote
NatMoore Posted May 30, 2007 Report Posted May 30, 2007 I got Dragon Force, Ross Copperman, Bryan Adams, Bedouin Soundclash, Blink 182, Foo Fighters, Hellogoodbye, Lynard Skynard, Manic Street Preachers, Mika, Paulo Nutini, Razorlight and The Fray. Loads really Natty Quote
