faster4_tec Posted March 26, 2007 Report Posted March 26, 2007 helmet - always. knee pads - well my knees are already screwed from years of mtb'ing, however I don't wear them:rolleyes: spine protection - I'm still a novice and can just about get across the wind, if your up into jumping and twirls etc, then a spine protector from lidl will set you back all of £12-15.
