The bank account has now been closed BY the Bank as they realised that this person has been ripping loads of people off (which I could have told them months ago!!) The bank account name was totally different (some foreign name) to the details I was given, so how the hell did the bank let it clear? So, basically he said that he'll send the details back to Devon as it's not their crime anymore and he dosn't reckon that they'll take it any further as it goes on too much and is too easy to do, why the **** do we bother paying our taxes?? Oh yeah he also implied that I was stupid to put any details into a computer, let alone buy something off it :eek: Sorry Rant over. Lesson learnt though. Quote

The bank wouldnt rest if it was their money and the polis wouldnt do owt if you threw the villain in the station with em. You'de probably be arrested for verbal assault of an ebay fraudster. I just got a kite off ebay and was really sweating cos it was such a good deal. 1/4 of the retail price and less than a year old. It had to be a scam or nicked. Nearly 2 weeks wait as well. As it was, bargain of the century, just slow delivery. Nice to have lads like Steve out there willing to get their hands dirty. Well done Steve. Quote

Someone recommended me an ebay shop called 'keaphoto', I think it's a Hong Kong shop but he reckons he bought loads of stuff of there and they are reliable and the prices are good, might try them out when I've got some more money.
