popeyethewelder Posted February 1, 2009 Author Report Posted February 1, 2009 Well worth the trip, only the hard core can manage those temperatures, Bibbler and dreamwarrioruk both got pbs in the 40s, I ended up with 46.6mph and 33 miles traveled, all on a 2,5m rage great to meet up with you again Si

A) Yes 2) Were we bothered? A) No 4) Did the no-showers miss out? A) Damn right! 5) Did I mind driving 2hrs 35mins not to take the test. A) Nahhhhh.....I'd do it again if the wind was right. There ya go 5 outa 5...... It was a great session.....And had a great time:D

First - lost my kite - didn't want to take off so I started to unhook, then it took off, flew around and the centres lines came off the harness - grabbed em, held on for a few secs and then the wind tugged the kite out my hands so off it went. Cheers to Ralph's mate who fielded the bar. Got it flying and the GPS packed in - stopped to try and sort it - along came snowstorm and the wind - got pulled up out the buggy gracefully and so on and so forth. Still got a few good runs in. Sometimes it just don't go right.............. Good to see Carl back in action again and all the other guys. Kev was blasting along well with 3m buster as was Rus on 2.5 bullet. Matt's new buggy went really well. Roll on the warmer weather though..........
