Smogthemog Posted September 25, 2008 Report Posted September 25, 2008 I enjoy golf but am on the lookout for something A bit more exciting. Surely rubbing your foot with a pen is more exciting than Golf ?

Smogthemog Posted September 26, 2008 Report Posted September 26, 2008 Yes it was me Nick Caused a bit of a stir didn't it
coupe-se Posted September 26, 2008 Report Posted September 26, 2008 Yes it was me Nick Caused a bit of a stir didn't it I bloody well knew it!!!! :p I did chuckle and thought it had a Smog hallmark all over it. By the way ...... if anyone is thinking about using JayRc for nitro bits, lets just say he has 3 ongoing court cases for none payment of suppliers and doesn't seem to have any stock basics such as nitro fuel and glow plugs!! Some manufacturers have now blacklisted him and will not supply him with spares, he will still take your order for those spares though!! Think his days are numbered, but it seems his porn sites are doing well!

Not easy on something that does 45 in first gear!! Plus i got told today i'm probably off to do a job in Papua new ginea at the end of october Take it steady one and all and dont do anything i wouldnt;)

avspider Posted October 2, 2008 Report Posted October 2, 2008 New toys here too... KITES AND A FECK LOAD OF THEM!!!!
coupe-se Posted October 2, 2008 Report Posted October 2, 2008 Al ............... kites are sooooooooooo 2005 mate!! Its the weight of those kites and Buggy that keeps making your cars turbo blow. Glad you still get so much enjoyment from them. RiTchie has his Jato back in tip-top condition. Think he needs to run it at the equestrian cente where it will excel.
avspider Posted October 3, 2008 Report Posted October 3, 2008 It's nothing to do with the weight, it's more to do with the poor grade oil that has been put it in, in the past.
Mark Rose Posted October 3, 2008 Report Posted October 3, 2008 Did somebody say kites? Weather picking up here too Rob. Had the boat out last weekend, perfect day but ended it by destroying the prop on the launching ramp unfortunately. Sh!t happens. Went to see my first NZ rugby game on Thuraday night. The team had 4 all blacks in it and those guys stood out a mile....pure class. Been here a year now and should have done it years ago. I can't wait to see some footage of you guys racing these things. BFN.

Mark racing the RM's are some of the best memories of Parakart racing I have. he was an absolute LOONY with them!!! My new toy arrived today, as did Mr Harveys. Big kids and lovin it.
Mark Rose Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 I remember Nick...it was during the short course Supercup races where the most fun was with the widow making JOJOs. There is a good reason why you can buy them cheap...they kill people! The JOJOs have retired PLENTY of pilots. Any pic's of the new toys yet chaps?

Mike R Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Mike is that a ferrari 348 in the garage? Sure is , dealer specialises in building retro Porsches from newer models (very nice job he does too) He deals in "Specialist Cars" when he finds nice ones . He took the Ferrari in part x on a newish 911 but he wasnt to impressed by the Ferrari , Wasnt quite as good as the hype I think. He has some really nice cars in that shed Including an old Roller the Ferrari a cople of high spec beemers and about 10 Porsches of various types. Mike R
dubai_reddragon Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Mike....I thought the red was yours...... ;-) I have a toy too, although its under wraps at the moment, i have driven it once in the past 6 weeks. I am waiting for the weather to cool down so I can get the roof down. Once the winter is here, its the perfect winter/summer car......i suppose its all relative. Good luck with it, watch out for the servicing costs.....just love driving though, I wont mention the cost of fuel!! cheers Pete

Mark Rose Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Morning All. Mark - what boat you got??? I keep driving past the jetski shop:o Must resist must resist Sweet mota Mike!! Rob ,resistance to watercraft is futile. I have a 17ft Four winns Bowrider with a 4.3ltr v6 190 hp inboard. We cruise the local river and park up with a picnic. This river runs through the town and the locals swim and boat all weekend on it. Looks something like this... http://img185.imageshack.us/img185/9045/recentboatvr2.jpg
