Which kite next?

I am just about to go to France for a weekend buggying and need to fill the gap in my kite bag between the Bullet 2.5 and Blade 4.9.

I haven't been in the market for a new kite for ages. Probably need something 3.5-4m with the manoverability of the bullet and without the lift of the blade.

I have a 2.5 Bullet and a 4.9 Blade. I used to have a 3.5 Bullet and a 4.5 Bullet but choose to get rid of the 3.5 and keep the 4.5 as there was too much of a gap between my 3.5 bullet and the 4.9 blade. The 4.9 Blade is more like the 5.5 Bullet or more for power IMO.

 

I'd also have a play with a 4m Sami.

In keeping with your existing quiver, you wont go far wrong with a 4.5 bullet to plug the gap.

2.5 Bullet- 25+

 

4.9 Blade- 16-25

 

8.5 Blade- 8-18

 

You seem to have the high end covered? whay not buy a bigger kite for low wind.

Bigger kite would be nice but budget is too small at the mo.

 

Any other seggestions for a 3.5-4m kite?

Check out the U-Turn Oxigen 4m, nice kite......but I am biased and could be described (rather uncharitably) as a UT Pimp....lol

Bullet is now being discontinued . You could either use this fact as a lever to get a decent deal on the 4.5 or you could wait for the Rage . Have noticed that some retailers are indicating that some versions of said Bullet are out of Stock. The 3.5m seems to be quite hard to find.

Blag a go on a U-Turn. Maybe the Helium. I think they're great kites especially at the price. Nice low aspect ratio, plenty of pull, not too much lift, only when you ask for some;)
