i think it'll be gusty anywhere you go looking at the forecast, its predicting a force 6, gusting to 44mph on saturday:eek: , and thats on the coast so it'll be interesting at ponte park, just be careful everyone, might be a day to sit in and do some maintainance on those rusty bearings we've all got

Hellooooooo

As a Northwest and N.Wales bod visiting your shores can anyone give me a bit of advice re: locations for a bit of water action:p . Brid or Fraise ??? I have buggied quite a bit at Frais, but never ventured as far as Brid. Is access/water activity at either location effected by the tides?? 'Do-able' wind directions???

Anything else I should be aware off?? Local restrictions/agreements??

Thanx in advance.:)

Thanx for that windjammer.

I hope to get over to the Beach sunday am - current forcast is a southerly to south easterly - cross shore at Brid????

Any advice on launch/sailing zones on the water, anyone??

Cheers

your probably best at the frais end if its a s/se, set up with the rest at the end of the car park, i'm sure if its windy there will be someone out, there are a few nice channels of flat when the tide comes in, but these only really work in a easterly. If you go to the brid end then there is more likely to be sailing boats in the area so you'd need to watch out for them, would say frais is your best bet, have fun
