Kites generally 2/3's UK price - you'd easily save enough on one LEI to pay for your flight. Been touted as the cheapest place worldwide to buy kites (mainly 'cos dealers = distributers). Weather is cracking but hotels always seem to be near full, bar the seedy type. Have a look at www.dubaikiteforum.com if you're interested. Quote
