moomin Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 I doubt you'll get very far at Sandgate. Lovely setting, very few tourists, but sadly - no sand. It's a shingle beach, and very shingly at that. Try Camber instead - plenty of sand, although please keep in the designated kiting area - Park in Jurys Gap car park and head over the bank. Watch out for all the other kites. Quote
