sn0rkle Posted June 7, 2005 Report Posted June 7, 2005 I've been using anarchy kevlar knee pads for a while, but there just not upto it anymore. Im bored with coming home with bruised knees after the jumps going horribly wrong, which seems to happen quite a lot (im learning). Any suggestions on decent knee pads appreciated, now i would rather have serious protection than small light pads. Thanks! Matt Quote
Marky G Posted June 7, 2005 Report Posted June 7, 2005 i have a pair oh protec bmx pads. they are awsome. soooo comfy and the best prtection iv come accross. left and right specific aswel. but they are 35-40 quid. the other good ones iv seen for less money are the 661 hard shell ones. better for big knees and cheaper. shell isnt as big tho. Tim186 Posted June 7, 2005 Report Posted June 7, 2005 i was in the same situtation as you and went for the 661 Pro DJ pads in the end, they are so compfortable and they dont budge at all, plus you dont have to take your shoe off to get them on as there are two sets of velcros at the top and bottom of the kneepad that open up Quote
Spook Posted June 7, 2005 Report Posted June 7, 2005 I use Salomon knee pads that zip on, very comfortable and very good. I think they were only about £15. I believe the best are supposed to be the Armadillo ones tho. Quote
Zotty Posted June 7, 2005 Report Posted June 7, 2005 both pads that brother spook recomended are up to the job.. i have salomon kneepads and armadilo armpads... zero complaints on either Quote
Vertigo1599968637 Posted June 7, 2005 Report Posted June 7, 2005 I've got a set of FOX 05 Armour Axis Knee, really good neoprene back panels and velcro closures. More info HERE Quote
